Thousands of workers, students working in Mumbai, Bangaluru, Pune & Delhi have arrived home in Assam bag & baggage fearing for their lives because of some SMS & MMS were sent to some of the mobile phones among them.

Normalcy started prevailing in the disrupted areas in lower Assam & it is now crystal clear about the conspirators of the gory situations continued for some days, where more almost 100 people died, thousands of houses of hundreds of villages were burned down and & those people became homeless in and outside BTAD areas. Most of these people are still sheltering in some other places, outside from their own place, leaving painful life. They are suffering from improper supply of food, medicine, pure water, cloths, lack of sufficient toilets and most of all they have lost almost everything. So naturally most of them don’t want to return to their own places firstly because of no home. The next big thing is their security. The armed forces deployed in the affected areas are not permanent. So, when they will be withdrawn in the name of “controlled situation”, who will guarantee that, the same kind of atmosphere will not be returned to these places? However, although, some families are returning to their home, most of them are still in the camps.

In another recent incident four ADIBASHI(mostly tea tribe) people’s houses were set ablaze by some miscreants under Bijni subdivision of Chirang district. Showing unity the nearby Bodo community people came immediately and could be able to save the properties up to some extent.  

In a dramatic situation, Pradeep Brahma(MLA), who represents Kokrajhar (West) constituency, has been arrested from his house at Dotoma as seven cases had been registered against him in several police stations, allegedly involved in the current BTAD havocs.

Why all these?

It is cleared by Union Home Secretary of India Mr. R. K. Singh that all those SMSs/MMSs were sent by Pakistani miscreants. Some Indian Muslim miscreants also helped spreading the SMSs/MMSs & some of them are caught by police. This matter is already brought officially to Pakistan. In this case Indian Govt. also requested USA & Saudi Arab to help them in investigating the matter because the network servers are in those countries. But from USA, it is said that they can’t help India in this matter because, they don’t want restrictions to anybodies liberty (?).

 Like other Indian states, lots of Muslim fundamentalist groups are working in Assam, e.g. HuJI, PFI, MULTA etc. It is very surprising that when central Govt. formed Unified Command Structure to tackle the NE’s militant groups, at the same time they are quite silent and/or have no strategy to take actions against them! When hundreds of Assamese or other NE youths are being killed in the name of encounters (lots of reported as fake encounters), at the same time the so called Unified Command Structure is silent spectator against them. Both state & central intelligence agencies are either not aware of these critical issues or ignoring intentionally and, these groups are becoming more & more powerful day by day with the help of Bangladesh & Pakistan. Here, we can’t undermine the invisible hand of China also! Therefore, knowing everything, why both state & Central govt. are not taking any stringent action against these fundamentalist groups, it is very doubtful! Considering all the consequences, it can easily be taken for granted that Assam is becoming another Kashmir very soon!    

According to Assam Govt. normalcy is coming gradually to the BTAD or outside the BTAD areas. But is it real? Is this normalcy going to prevail for all the time again? Was these area’s normal in other days? The easy answer is “NO”. This time’s situation is different from the previous times. When BTAD was formed, other communities were opposed against this “one sided” decision and as a result lot of heinous incidents had been carrying out sporadically against the other communities living there, like- Assamese, Rajbangsi’s, Bengali’s, Adibashi’s etc. But the root cause of the current incidents has been indicating as the encroachment of vast lands  by “illegal migrants from Bangladesh”. Assam’s borders are still open even after 27 years of completion of Assam Accord. Not only in Assam but, the whole India is facing the same Bangladeshi infiltration problem & Assam’s condition is above danger level. Almost in 13 districts minority Muslim communities are no longer minority now. This is only because of illegal Muslim migrants from Bangladesh. Union Home Ministry, i.e. Central Govt. also has accepted this illegal migration issues. But any action taken against them? None!   

The most dangerous thing in this issue is that most of these Bangladeshi’s are no longer illegal now as because they already become Indian by dint of our own constitutional loopholes, red-tapism, illicit govt. officers, Bangladeshi lobbies & last but not least the BSF itself, who are deployed in the border areas to check infiltration. Some captured Bangladeshi’s revealed that they gave bribes the BSF personals to enter Assam. The river portion of Dhuburi-Bangladesh border is the easiest route to enter Assam from Bangladesh mostly in summer season. It has been alleged from AASU that almost 300 holes are there in the wire fencings. Some Indian thieves are also caught by police in connection with cutting the wire fencing in the border.

 In the recent BTAD attacks, the Hagrama Mohillary, the BTAD chief alleged the hand of Bangladeshi attackers. At first Assam’s CM Tarun Gogoi denied it outright but, later on he accepted the possibilities of foreign hands in these attacks as because it has also been accepted and declared publicly by Central Home Ministry.

In the recent incident where few Adibashi’d home under Bijni subdivision of Chirang district were set ablazed by some miscreants trying to create a new kind of situation as if these people were also attacked by BODO’s. But nearby BODO people immediately rushed and helped to douse the inferno and also tried to find out the miscreants. This is a clear indication that the Bangladeshi lobby is still strongly acting in these areas to settle down as well as to bring more & more people from Bangladesh so that especially the lower Assam could be demanded under Muslim rule like BTAD etc. Already this kind of demand has been raised by one political leader of Dhuburi.

Lastly, when both the central & state Govt. aware of the hand of Badaruddin Ajmal in recent BTAD area’s havoc & subsequently arranging the infamous massive rally in Ajad Maidan in Mumbai and then the SMS/MMS issue because of which thousands of NE people were forced to come home as they were threatened, Why he has not been charged by any govt. agencies? The Assam govt.’s ally team leader Hagrama Mohilary has continuously been bringing this matter to govt., giving press meet alleging Almal’s hand in these havocs, but Govt. is keeping mum! Instead they have arrested one MLA of BTC Pradip Brahma. We don’t want to say that non-muslim persons shouldn’t be charged even if he/she is involved in these crisis. But the question is whether there in any prove against Pradip Brahma that he was directly involved in it? If it is, then why CM Tarun Gogoi said that CBI enquiry could be ordered against him if required? That means that he has been arrested without any firm prove against him. It is said that Mr. Brahma was arrested on the complain of some refugees to Sonia Gandhi, although some FIR’s was lodged against him by some village heads. At the same time, very surprisingly, even when Union Home Secretary R. K. Singh alleged Badaruddin’s hand in the violent rally at Ajad Maidan, Mumbai & the subsequent attack on NE people and also threatened by SMSs/MMSs, because of which they flew back home, No action has been taken against him yet. Lots of organizations have been demanding Ajmal’s arrest in connection with all these activities, that person is moving care free. He is allowed to do whatever he likes.    

Why Badarudding Ajmal is spared? This is big the question of present time.
